Pertamina Subholding Companies Grant New Directors with Tough Mission
PT Pertamina (Persero) has undergone a restructuring of the board of directors for its new subholding and subsidiaries. Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Pertamina's Vice President of Corporate Communication, stated that the subholding companies experiencing changes include PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI), PT Pertamina New Renewable Energy (PNRE), and PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS).
Two of Pertamina's subsidiaries, PT Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC) and PT Patra Jasa, are also part of this restructuring. "The directorate changes represent a revitalization effort aimed at enhancing the performance of the Pertamina Group," Fadjar stated in an official statement on Feb 20.

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE)
- President Director: Chalid Said Salim
- Director of Human Resources (HR) and Business Support: Whisnu Bahriansyah
- Finance Director: Dannif Danusaputro
PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional
- Business Planning and Development Director: Isnanto Nugroho S.
- Director of Human Resources (HR) and Business Support: Tenny Elfrida.
PT Pertamina New Renewable Energy
- President Director: John Eusebius Iwan Anis
- Director of Human Resources (HR) and Business Support: Irzan Noor Rizki
- Finance Director: Nelwin Aldriansyah
PT Pertamina International Shipping (PIS)
- Business Planning Director: Eka Suhendra
PT Pertamina Training Consulting
- Operations and Marketing Director: Yudi Somantri
