INA Expects to Get New Monitoring Board Member with Solid Ground
Indonesian President Joko Widodo has put forward two names for the supervisory board of the Investment Management Agency (LPI), also known as the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), representing the professional sector. The names presented in the letter submitted by Jokowi to the House of Representatives are Haryanto Sahari and Ancella Anitawati Hermawan.
Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati revealed these two names in a social media post on Jan 26, following consultations with the House. "The Selection Committee for the LPI Supervisory Board met with Mrs. Puan Maharani, Chairwoman of the House of Representatives, to discuss replacing supervisory board members from the professional sector," she stated. Out of the two names proposed by Jokowi, only one will proceed to serve as a supervisory board member for INA.
