GoTo Introduces GoRide Nego, New Weapon with Old Bullet

Gojek, a business unit under the on-demand service company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), has launched the GoRide Nego service. Gojek Transportation and Logistics Head Steven Halim said GoRide Nego enables customers and driver partners to negotiate and agree on the final trip price. This GoRide Nego service provides a new option within GoRide to cater to consumers looking for affordable prices. "GoRide Nego offers an opportunity for customers to get a more cost-effective travel price," he said on Oct 27.
With this initiative, Steven is optimistic that more people will be interested in travelling using Gojek. Gojek's innovation through GoRide Nego aligns with the GoTo Group's strategy of introducing various products to reach a broader consumer base. "GoRide Nego will be gradually introduced in several cities, complementing the transportation services already available in the Gojek app. With this innovation, the public can access various transportation needs within one application," Steven said.
