Investree Secures Funding for Expansion into New Regions

Investree fintech lending platform, through its parent company Investree Singapore Pte Ltd, secured Series D funding by establishing a joint venture in Doha, Qatar. Investree secured Rp 3.6 trillion in funding from investors led by JTA International Holding and joined by SBI Holdings, which previously provided Series B and C funding.
As part of the agreement, JTA International Holding and Investree have established a joint venture company called JTA Investree Doha Consultancy. This company operates in the Middle East, offering digital lending technology solutions to small businesses. Its new feature is artificial intelligence-based credit scoring.
Investree President Director Adrian Gunadi said the JTA Investree Doha marks a shared vision to expand lending technology for small businesses. This company is an innovative technology built in Indonesia to empower small businesses in Qatar, the Middle East, and Central Asia. "The process takes time because there are stages that we must follow under regulations in Qatar," he said Thursday.
