Noice Shakes Up Its Workforce to Streamline Operations
The audio streaming platform Noice is undergoing a restructuring process that involves laying off some of its employees.
Noice Chief Executive Officer Rado Ardian said the company was making a strategic organizational change.
However, he did not specify how many employees were affected by the layoffs. “This decision was hard for us, but it is a necessary step to ensure our sustainability,” Rado said on Wednesday.
Rado said Noice is committed to supporting the laid-off employees with regulatory compensation. “This restructuring will not change our commitment to millions of listeners and thousands of Noice creators in various regions to continue to focus on delivering quality content and products,” he said.
