Datasaur Bags Fresh Funding to Work on Cross-Border AI

Data labeling startup Datasaur recently secured US$4 million in seed funding led by Initialized Capital. Notably, HNVR, Gold House Ventures, TenOneTen, and a consortium of existing investors like GDP Venture also participated in this funding round.
Datasaur founder Ivan Lee explained that their platform was ingeniously crafted to democratize artificial intelligence (AI), particularly in the domain of natural language processing. "This innovative model will render AI significantly more accessible to a multitude of companies," Ivan said.
Indonesian entrepreneurs founded the United States-based Datasaur with a team of adept Indonesian engineers. The startup is dedicated to designing intelligent tools that empower data labelers to operate with heightened productivity and efficiency, concurrently enhancing data privacy and security measures.
Ivan further elaborated that the diverse and cross-geographic workforce fosters an environment of mutual learning among employees while also infusing the company with a rich tapestry of cultural perspectives.
