Salim Group, Agung Sedayu Jointly Undertake Strategic Toll Roads

Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Minister Basuki Hadimuljono announced that the construction of the 38.60-kilometer Kamal-Teluknaga-Rajeg Toll Road, linking Jakarta, Tangerang, and Merak areas, will commence soon.

The toll road is being developed under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme, with PT Duta Graha Karya (DGK) serving as the contractor and operator. DGK is a joint venture between the Salim Group and Agung Sedayu.

Basuki revealed that the total investment value for this toll road project reaches Rp 23.22 trillion. He said that the toll road will significantly enhance logistics distribution from Jakarta and Tangerang to Merak Port.

“The toll road will be integrated with the Jakarta-Merak Toll Road, eliminating the need for westbound vehicles to pass through the Jakarta Inner City Toll Road,” Basuki said on Wednesday.
