Beleaf in the Future: Series A Funding for Smart Farming

Agritech startup Beleaf Farm raised US$6.85 million in Series A funding in a round led by Alpha JWC Ventures, with participation from Openspace and other angel investors.
Eko Kurniadi, a partner at Alpha JWC Ventures, said Beleaf has made remarkable progress. Eko said Beleaf’s end-to-end offering empowers farmers to achieve higher productivity and quality.
Eko said farmers benefit from both economic and experiential aspects after partnering with Beleaf Farm. “As Beleaf continues to surpass their growth and profitability goals, we are very confident in their potential to transform the agricultural sector in the long term,” he said on Tuesday.
Beleaf Farm Founder Amrit Lakhiani said that the new funds would be used to expand the farmer network to reach 2,000 people by the end of 2024.
