Tangguh LNG Train 3 Project to Onstream in August

The Upstream Oil and Gas Business Regulatory Task Force (SKK Migas) has confirmed that the Tangguh LNG Train 3 project will be onstream without any delays. The project, located in Bintuni Bay, West Papua Province, will be a special gift to Indonesia on its 78th Independence Day on Aug 17, 2023.

SKK Migas Deputy for Finance and Commercialization Kurnia Chairi said the Tangguh LNG Train 3 project is scheduled to commence operations in August this year. "The latest [onstream] date is Aug 17, 2023," Kurnia said.
