Summary

PT Pupuk Indonesia collaborated with PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) and Saudi Arabia-based electricity company ACWA Power Company to undertake an integrated green hydrogen and green ammonia project.

This collaboration is formalized through a joint development study agreement for integrated green hydrogen and green ammonia.

First Deputy State-Owned Enterprises Minister Pahala Mansury said this cooperation in green hydrogen and green ammonia is a continuation of Pupuk Indonesia's previous efforts in developing clean energy within the green industrial area of Aceh.

"The SOE Ministry fully supports the collaborative efforts of Pupuk Indonesia, PLN, and ACWA Power Company in the development of green hydrogen and green ammonia. This partnership aims to advance clean energy in East Java, particularly in the Petrokimia Gresik region," Pahala said on Wednesday.
