Finpay Link: Telkom’s Payment Gateway Revolution

PT Pinnet Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM), has launched a payment gateway product and service called Finpay Link. Finnet Indonesia Enterprise Business Director Irena Aldanituti said that Finpay Link was created to meet the market and community needs.

“We saw that the current billing industry already had its own aggregator, so it was hard to get into the billing business because it also involved channels. That’s why we came up with the idea of an invoice solution that doesn’t depend on the channel but uses our own channel,” Alda said in a written statement on Tuesday.

Finpay Link is a unique web link or URL generated by the Finpay system to facilitate payment transactions. This method is designed to provide convenience for businesses or individuals in receiving payments from customers or clients without requiring a dedicated payment gateway integration or physical point of sales terminal.

Businesses can simply create a payment link that can be shared via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Line, or other social media platforms. This makes it easier for buyers to transact with a wide range of payment methods from the Finpay Payment Gateway and helps businesses increase collection rates.
