Kibing Group to Build Float Glass Factory in East Kalimantan

A Chinese company, Kibing Group, has expressed interest in constructing a float glass factory in East Kalimantan specifically to produce solar panel industry coating glass. Kibing Group management recently met with East Kalimantan Governor H Isran Noor to discuss their plans.

“[Kibing Group plans to] initially invest US$650,000 with an estimated construction period of 30 months,” Head of the East Kalimantan Province Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office Puguh Hardjanto said. Kibing Group has already established a factory in Malaysia.
