Listyo Sigit’s Rotation Cements ‘Geng Solo’ Dominance Ahead Elections
Hundreds of police officers in Indonesia got new positions on Jun 24, 2023, according to five secret telegrams from National Police Chief Gen. Listyo Sigit Prabowo. The letter’s contents revealed the rotation of positions for hundreds of police officers, including 13 high-ranking officers. “In total, there were 539 personnel whose positions were rotated,” Head of the National Police Public Information Bureau Brig. Gen. Ahmad Ramadhan said on Monday.
The list of the 13 officers and their new roles is as follows:
- Commissioner General Agus Andrianto: Deputy Police Chief
- Commissioner General Wahyu Widada: Head of the Criminal Investigation Agency
- Commissioner General Suntana: Head of Security Intelligence Agency
- Inspector General Verdianto Iskandar Bitticaca: Assistant for Operations to the Chief of Police
- Inspector General Agung Setya Imam Effendi: Head of North Sumatra Regional Police
- Inspector General Adang Ginanjar: Head of West Sulawesi Regional Police
- Brigadier General Ida Bagus KD Putra Narendra: Head of Bali Regional Police
- Brigadier General Soeseno Noerhandoko: Deputy Head of Central Sulawesi Regional Police
- Brigadier General Agus Salim: Deputy Head of Bengkulu Regional Police
- Brigadier General Samudi: Deputy Head of the North Maluku Regional Police
- Brigadier General Asep Safrudin: Deputy Head of the Riau Islands Regional Police
- Brigadier General Roma Hutajulu: Deputy Head of the West Kalimantan Regional Police
