Sanusa Medika Breaks Ground on First International Hospital in Depok
Sanusa Medika, a joint venture between Australian healthcare companies Aspen Medical and Docta and West Java’s regional-owned company PT Jasa Sarana, has begun building the first international hospital in Sawangan, Depok, West Java.
This project is a follow-up to the meeting between Indonesian President Joko Widodo and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Norman Albanese at the G20 Summit in Bali in Nov 2022.
West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil said that the Aspen Medical Hospital Depok in Sawangan, Bojongsari District, Depok, would significantly improve the health and welfare of the people of West Java. “We still need more health services infrastructure, such as health centers and hospitals,” Ridwan Kamil said.
This international hospital will provide quality and accessible health services to the people. “We believe this project will help improve the community’s quality of life and strengthen West Java’s position as an area that excels in health services,” he said
