Thai's GetLinks Acquires Indonesia’s Ekrut

DealStreetAsia reported on Monday that GetLinks had filed the acquisition to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), which is the business regulator in Singapore. However, neither GetLinks nor Ekrut has commented on the matter.

Since its establishment in 2016, Ekrut has been focusing on recruiting experts in various fields, such as software engineering, product management, and data science. Among its notable clients are Gojek, Tokopedia, OVO, and RedDoorz.

Meanwhile, GetLinks, founded in 2015, aims to establish a technology community through events and connect users with job opportunities in areas covered by its services.
