Astra Property Eyes Residential Projects in Greater Jakarta

Astra Property subsidiary PT Lazuli Karya Sarana and Hong Kong Land are developing a township project in Cikupa, Tangerang. Lazuli Karya Sarana sales and marketing head Alvin Kurniawan said the 50-hectare township would be connected to the Jakarta-Tangerang toll road.

"It will have access to the Kamal-Teluk Naga-Rajeg toll road, which is connected to North Jakarta and Soekarno-Hatta Airport," he said on Tuesday.

According to Alvin, the residential area targets Millennials, young families, and executives. There will be retail and modern markets, golf courses, superblocks, hotels, malls, and schools.

Apart from the township in Tangerang, Astra Property and Hong Kong Land are also developing the Asya residential area in Jakarta Garden City, East Jakarta, consisting of several areas, such as Genova, a 3.5-hectare premium commercial area.
