Halodoc
Summary

Health tech startup Halodoc is securing a new series of funding of US$50 million, Deal Street Asia reported on Wednesday. Local conglomerates and investors who have previously injected capital will reportedly lead this funding round. In the previous funding round, Astra Group was one of the local companies that invested in Halodoc.

“We cannot comment on rumours or speculative news,” Head of Corporate Investor Relations of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) Tira Ardianti told D-Insights on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Halodoc's management has yet to respond to the information.

Halodoc had received funding round in 2021, where they closed a Series C funding worth US$80 million from major investors such as Astra Group, Telkomsel, Temasek, Bangkok Bank, Novo Holdings, and Acrew Diversify Capital Fund.
