Crypto asset trading platform Mobee closed a funding round from several investors led by 1982 Ventures for an undisclosed amount.

"We are very pleased to launch this new exchange platform that allows Indonesian investors to easily access a variety of institutional-grade investment products in digital assets and securities," Mobee co-founder Andrew Tjahyadikarta said on Friday.

Mobee offers a variety of financial products for investors seeking passive income. It is also Indonesia's first digital exchange platform that targets the qualified investor segment, family business owners, and other institutions.

"Mobee is filling a huge gap in one of the fastest growing segments in financial services in Indonesia," 1982 Ventures managing partner Herston Powers said.
