INA-DFC to Boost Renewables Investments

Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) and the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to identify investment opportunities in Indonesia.
INA chairman Ridha Wirakusumah claimed that this agreement showed INA's success in making Indonesia a major investment destination and a strategic partner for global investors. "This agreement opens opportunities for Indonesia's economic growth," he said.
Meanwhile, DFC CEO Scott Nathan said the collaboration would boost US investments in the private sector in Indonesia "from hard infrastructure to energy security to improved healthcare." The partnership will focus on the development of sustainable projects in Indonesia.
