Subang Smartpolitan to Operate in Q3 2024

PT Surya Cipta Swadaya, a subsidiary of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA), aims to have the Subang Smartpolitan industrial area in Subang, West Java, operational by the third quarter of 2024.

PT Surya Cipta Swadaya VP of Sales and Marketing Abednego Purnomo said the land handover to tenants would commence in the third quarter of this year, coinciding with the construction of the industrial estate utilities. 

"Our industrial estate will be ready to operate in line with Patimban Port and Patimban Toll access," Abednego said on Thursday.

He also mentioned that a Japanese electronics company had purchased land in Subang Smartpolitan. "They start construction in August. The company is expected to start operating in the third quarter of 2024," he said.
