PeduliLindungi's Transformation, What Will Happen to Users' Data?

The Health Ministry has transformed the PeduliLindungi app to Satu Sehat Mobile starting Feb 28. The ministry's chief of the digital transformation office Setiaji said the latter would deal with all types of diseases, not just COVID-19.
"We can access vaccines, such as vaccines for children. If one day a kid wants to go abroad and needs vaccines, the data will be in the Satu Sehat app," he explained on Monday.
Setiaji also revealed that the app has a feature that will grant users points for walking. These points can be exchanged for certain vitamins or medicines.
The app can be connected to a wearable device and has access to the user's medical records, starting from laboratory results, cardiology examinations, and vaccination status.
