PLN Wants Strategic Partner for Karangkates Solar Project

PT PLN Nusantara Power (NP), a subsidiary of Indonesia's state-owned utility enterprise PT PLN, has launched a pre-tender selection process to develop a 100-megawatt floating solar power plant on the Karangkates dam, Malang, East Java.

"Interested entities must be listed in PLN NP's Long List Strategic Partner of which have submitted interest in developing a solar power plant and have experience in the development of at least one solar power plant project," the company revealed in a statement on Friday. Interested developers have until Jan 31 to comply.
