Bank DKI Aims for Rp 3 Tln IPO to Boost Expansion

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah DKI Jakarta (Bank DKI) is reportedly going public in an initial public offering (IPO). Bloomberg sources reported that Bank DKI appointed securities as underwriters, targetting US$150-US$200 million or equivalent to Rp2.26 trillion to Rp3.01 trillion in the corporate action.

"Bank DKI is working with PT BCA Sekuritas and PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas Indonesia regarding the IPO plan on the Indonesia Stock Exchange [IDX], which could happen as early as this year," a Bloomberg source familiar with the plan said.
