Mindtera Set to Expand Employee Assistance Services
Employee assistance platform Mindtera raised US$850,000 in a seed funding round from several investors led by East Ventures. Daily Social reported Monday that the company would use the proceeds to expand its operations as the employee assistance program (EAP). Mindtera will later expand its business-to-business (B2B) scheme targeting corporate clients.
Among the investors involved in the funding round were Seedstars International Ventures and several angel investors. Seedstars International Ventures' general partner Patricia Sosrodjojo expects Mindtera to become Indonesia's leading employee assistance platform. Besides, the world has seen a significant shift in understanding employees' mental health and well-being, but much work still needs to be done. "We are pleased to see that they are helping to build a better work culture for the company while increasing employee productivity and engagement," she said.
