PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) announced the acquisition of PT Swift Logistics Solutions (SLS) shares worth Rp 583.12 billion through logistics subsidiary PT Paket Anak Bangsa (PAB) or GoSend. SLS is a subsidiary of Tokopedia that offers warehousing and shipping solutions.

GoTo corporate secretary R. A. Koesoemohadiani revealed that the company initially owned a 67 percent stake in SLS. After the purchase, GoSend now controls 99.44 percent, while PT Solusi Gerak Tangkas (SGT), which is Tokopedia's subsidiary, now only holds 0.38 percent, and PT Garda Jaya Sejahtera owns the remaining 0.18 percent. GoTo also controls SLS shares indirectly through GoSend and SGT as much as 99.81 percent. "This transaction does not have any detrimental impact on the company's finances," she said during the information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday.
