The government has finally submitted the Problem Inventory List (DIM) of the Renewable Energy Bill (RUU EBET) in a hearing with the House of Representatives' (DPR) Energy Commission on Tuesday. The list consists of 574 problems in 52 amended articles, ten fixed articles, and 11 new articles. "We have conveyed the government's official stance and will discuss it in the working committee (panja) later," Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Arifin Tasrif said.

Arifin said the legislative process of the Renewable Energy Bill would probably start at the end of this year. "Of course, after officially handing over the DIM, the discussion agenda is next," he said.
