BDx Indonesia to Build 100 MW Data Center in Karawang

BDx Indonesia – a joint venture between Big Data Exchange (BDx), PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison), and PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta – announced plans to develop a 100 megawatts (MW) new data center campus. The data center will be built on 12 hectares in Suryacipta City of Industry, Karawang, West Java.
The industrial estate, owned by PT Suryacipta Swadaya (Suryacipta) – a member of the Suryainternusa Group – is one of the most sought-after and integrated potential industrial areas in Indonesia. “We are preparing to make a breakthrough in the 100 MW greenfield campus data center in a dynamic market.
