Indonesia Aims for Strategic Contracts in Indo Defence 2022

PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) plans to sign a new contract at the 2022 Indo Defence Expo & Forum held in Jakarta on Nov 2-5. One of the contracts is the sale of transport aircraft to the Defense Planning Agency. PTDI also signs a contract for the procurement of N219 aircraft with PT Karya Logistik Indotama and a contract with PT Aeroasia Interior as an interior vendor for the N219 aircraft.

Indonesia also has many essential contracts with global arms companies. Here is the list:

1. Memorandum of understanding with Honeywell on the Supply of Honeywell Safety System (MILACAS) for the Air Force C-130 Aircraft Upgrade Avionics Program.
2. A purchase agreement for the Hercules C-130 Phase 2 Avionics Upgrade Program.
3. Agreement with Boeing as the supporting industry for Boeing's defense products used by the Indonesian Government.
4. The signing of the Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) agreement with Airbus.
5. Framework Agreement Signing Ceremony with Turkish Aerospace regarding Aerospace Engineering Program.
6. Statement Letter Signing Ceremony with MT Propeller regarding Propeller Replacement for N212i aircraft.
7. Teaming Agreement Signing Ceremony with Ammroc regarding the MRO of the CN235 UAE aircraft and the MRO engine.
8. Agreement Signing between PT Nusantara Turbin and Propulsi as MRO for aircraft engines and industrial equipment.
