Co-working space operator CoHive is closing all of its office locations by the end of this month, the D-Insights understands. Several DealStreetAsia sources revealed that the possible bankruptcy was due to internal conflicts and ineffective pricing strategies.

Citing the website Search Information System (SIPP) of the Central Jakarta District Court (PN), PT Evi Asia Tenggara, Co-Hive's legal entity, is currently in the temporary suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU) status, based on the court's decision on Sept 22, with the case number 231/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2022/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst. The status will be valid for 45 days and may be extended at the next trial on Nov 4.
