RANS Entertainment Gets Ready for IPO in 2023

A company owned by celebrities Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia or RANS Entertainment, plans to raise capital from an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2023. "Next year, Inshaallah, we will hold IPO, now we are seeking towards it," Raffi Ahmad, Founder and Chairman of RANS Entertainment, said at the BNI Investor Daily Summit 2022.

Before IPO, RANS sought to increase revenue by expanding its business to non-media businesses and beyond producing entertainment content. Several new businesses outside RANS Entertainment are food and beverage (FnB), fast-moving consumer goods, and lifestyle. He said RANS Entertainment had become a corporation and no longer relied on the Youtube channel as the main source of income.
