Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said the One Map Policy program had reached 97 percent, so it could be completed in 2023. According to him, the One Map Policy aims to create a reference standard as a unified, accurate, accountable geoportal database to support the acceleration of national development implementation.

Airlangga said the government added thematic maps from 85 types to 158 "by adding new themes, including in the fields of economy, finance, disaster, maritime and involving 24 ministries and institutions," he said Tuesday.

Head of the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) Muh Aris Marfai said the thematic map compilation and verification will be completed in 2023-2024. "We will also open access to the public, on which data can be disclosed. There is data related to coordinates, related to licensing zoning, we will determine with the respective data guardians," Aris said.
