"We want to strengthen and ensure that our company's operations are stable in the current economic situation," he said. Shopee is committed to providing support for employees affected by this policy. The company will follow the provisions of government regulations. Employees will receive severance pay in accordance with statutory provisions and an additional one month's salary.
