Eddi Danusaputro to Lead BNI's Venture Capital


President Director of Mandiri Capital Indonesia (MCI) Eddi Danusaputro stepped down after 6.5 years or two terms of service in the company. "It's time for me to pass the leadership on to the new management," Eddi said on the Linkedin website Wednesday.

A D-Insights source said that Eddi would lead PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk's (BBNI) venture capital arm, BNI Modal Ventura, which will invest in various startups. Previously, Eddi was rumored to be leading the government's venture capital, Merah Putih Fund.

Meanwhile, MCI Corporate Secretary and Communication Ade Lydia Josephine said that shareholders appointed Dennis Pratistha as Acting President Director. Based on information on the Linkedin page, since June 2021, Dennis has been the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Mandiri Capital.
