PT Pelita Air Service will soon open scheduled flights. Thus, the company appointed several figures in directors' and commissioners' positions. Pelita Air appointed Dendy Kurniawan, former President Director of Indonesia AirAsia, to replace Albert Burhan as the new president director.

Director of Finance and General Affairs of Pelita Air Muhammad S. Fauzani said Dendy was appointed on April 8. "He has a proven track record in developing strategies and innovations in the aviation services industry," Muhammad said. Pelita Air also appointed Rachmat Kaimuddin, ex-Chief Executive Officer of Bukalapak, as President Commissioner.

Pelita Air Service's board of directors:

  • President Director: Dendy Kurniawan
  • Director of Finance and General Affairs: Muhammad S. Fauzani
  • Director of Production: Affan Hidayat

Board of Commissioners:

  • Chief Commissioner: Rachmat Kaimuddin
