Cayman Island's Companies Behind GoTo's IPO

PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) will distribute shares to all Gojek driver-partners worth Rp 310 billion during the IPO. This initiation is part of the Mutual Cooperation Shares Program distributed to qualified driver-partners. The entitled driver-partners include drivers for passenger-to-passenger services, both motorbikes and cars, food-delivery drivers, logistics-transport drivers, and inter-goods drivers.
Driver-partners who joined between 2010 and 2016 will receive 4,000 Series A shares. Meanwhile, those who joined between 2017 and February 2022 will receive 1,000 Series A shares.
"Through the Mutual Cooperation Share Program, GoTo would like to give appreciation to driver-partners who have worked together to build the GoTo ecosystem from scratch and have been loyal to us in the ups and downs of the company's journey," GoTo Group CEO Andre Soelistyo said in an official statement, Monday. The driver-partners will receive the shares after the company's stock lock-up period ends or up to eight months after GoTo's listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
