NWP Property to Build Modern Logistic in Indonesia

Property developer Nirvana Wastu Pratama (NWP Property) established a joint venture with CRE Asia and logistics entrepreneur Bonny Setiawan. The joint venture is a modern logistics real estate company that will operate in Indonesia. NWP Property Managing Director Timothy Daly said that warehousing facilities in Indonesia are still lagging behind China and Japan, which have 10-40 times more individual warehouses.
Therefore, his company is building a modern warehouse with the first built-to-suit concept in Jakarta. "The project will start in the second quarter of this year," Daly said on Tuesday. Bonny Setiawan said the decision to invest in the logistics infrastructure market created significant opportunities. Therefore, the company targets e-commerce and fast-moving consumer goods companies.
