Erajaya Group, Grand Lucky Team Up to Launch New E-commerce

Erajaya Group's subsidiary, Eraspace Pte Ltd, established a joint venture with Grand Lucky retail store manager PT Perjuangan Anak Muda (PAM). The collaboration was ratified by signing a joint venture agreement between Eraspace Director Budiarto Halim and PAM Director Felicity Luck on March 7. "The joint venture will add new business lines to Erajaya," Budiarto said.

He said Erajaya is building an omnichannel concept to deliver retail execution standards and a good customer experience. "Through this joint venture, we want to bring change and revolution to the supermarket retail and grocery stores industry by using technology and innovation to bring a seamless shopping experience," he said.
