Zenius Prepares for Edtech Hybrid Expansion

Summary

Edtech startup Zenius has officially acquired tutoring service provider Primagama after signing an agreement in early 2022. Rohan Monga, Chief Executive Officer of Zenius, said that the corporate action allowed Zenius to integrate Primagama into its platform to provide a new learning model offline and online (hybrid).

Rohan revealed that the decision to acquire Primagama was based on increasing parents' requests for offline tutoring services other than live-streaming learning services. In line with the increasing quality of live streaming services and student experiences, they wanted Zenius to have its own curriculum. "We feel that there is a gap in the learning platform. If we can build a hybrid learning system, such a method can become a comprehensive learning approach," Rohan explained in a press release.
