Lippo to Boost Bank Nobu's Capital


Star Pacific will transfer assets worth Rp 368 billion in line with Bank Nobu's rights issue plan. The transfer of assets is equivalent to a maximum of 500 million shares or 9.8 percent of the issued and fully paid-in capital.

The transfer of assets of all rooms in the Graha Lippo building was carried out by handing over building rights certificates (HGB) number 07432, covering an area of ​​3,695 square meters (m2); and number 02843, covering an area of ​​2,062 square meters, in Kelapa Dua, Tangerang, Banten. The asset transfer is an affiliated transaction because of Star Pacific.
