Lippo to Boost Bank Nobu's Capital

Star Pacific will transfer assets worth Rp 368 billion in line with Bank Nobu's rights issue plan. The amount is equivalent to 500 million shares or 9.8 percent of the bank's issued and paid-up capital. PT Star Pacific Tbk's (LPLI) plan to transfer assets worth Rp 368 billion following the plan to increase capital with preemptive rights (HMETD) or PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk (NOBU) rights issue. The transfer of assets is equivalent to a maximum of 500 million shares or 9.8 percent of the issued and fully paid-in capital.
The transfer of assets of all rooms in the Graha Lippo building was carried out by handing over building rights certificates (HGB) number 07432, covering an area of 3,695 square meters (m2); and number 02843, covering an area of 2,062 square meters, in Kelapa Dua, Tangerang, Banten. The asset transfer is an affiliated transaction because of Star Pacific.
