Cloud kitchen company Yummy Corp acquires social commerce app MyBrand. Yummy Corp Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mario Suntanu said the acquisition would expand the company's reach to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs will also have access to platforms that support their business growth. "We share a common vision with MyBrand to help MSMEs with technology," Mario said.

The acquisition was also followed by the joining of the entire MyBrand team. MyBrand co-founder Louise Lautan now serves as Yummy Corp Managing Director. Currently, members of Yummyshop and MyBrand have reached 15,000 merchants throughout Indonesia. "We hope that this acquisition will be the beginning of the creation of more innovative technologies for the culinary industry in 2022," he said.
