CT Corp and Toyota Tsusho Share Patimban Port

The Indonesian government has finally handed over the operation of Patimban Port in Subang, West Java, from PT Pelindo to PT Pelabuhan Patimban Internasional (PPI) and Toyota Tsusho Corporation. PPI, a local consortium led by CT Corp Infrastructure Indonesia, will manage the port for 40 years. Other consortium members include PT Indika Logistic & Support Services, PT U Connectivity Services, and PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya.

PPI is sharing the concession with the Japanese company with a 51/49 ratio. The consortium is operating the container port, while Toyota Tsusho is handling the vehicle import/export terminal with a capacity of 600,000 units by 2024.
