MontD'Or Oil Starts Drilling 4 Development Wells in Tungkal Block

MontD'Or Oil Tungkal Limited (MOTL) started drilling four development wells in the Tungkal Block, Jambi, on Sunday. The Qatar-based cooperation contract contractor (KKKS) marked the kick-off by drilling MGH-47 (MGH-B1) development well in the Mengeopeh Field.

Head of the Exploration Division for the Upstream Oil and Gas Business Regulatory Task Force (SKK Migas) Surya Widyantoro said MontD'Or would drill two development wells in the Mengeopeh Field, the MGH-47 and MGH-D wells. "Drilling activities will then be continued to PLT-12 and PLT-13 wells in Pematang Lantih Field (PLT)," he said in a written statement, Monday.
