PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL) announced a joint venture (JV) with two global technology companies. Multipolar President Director and CEO Adrian Suherman said Multipolar collaborates with Luno, a global crypto trading platform, to establish Indonesia's cryptocurrency wallets and crypto exchanges. "Our JV with Luno is to form a cryptocurrency wallet and exchange in Indonesia, with the mission of democratizing people's access to crypto-assets," Adrian said on Tuesday.

The second JV was established with Ping An for peer-to-peer lending named Ringan. "Ringan has obtained a license from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and is allowed to operate in Indonesia," Adrian explained. Ringan provides both consumer and productive loans.
