Dairy Products Maker Cimory Targets Jumbo Funds from IDX Listing

Dairy and food product company PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy, or Cimory, plans to list its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). According to the e-IPO prospectus filing, the company plans to offer 1,190,203,000 new shares, equivalent to 15 percent of paid-in capital.

Cimory sets its initial public offering price at Rp 2,780 to Rp 3,160 per share, making up potential proceeds from the IPO to reach Rp 3.30 trillion to Rp 3.76 trillion. The initial offering is scheduled for November 10-17, with the estimated listing date on December 6, 2021.
