A foreign investor secretly bought shares of the cosmetic company PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk (VICI). Such a cross-trade occurred on Wednesday (9/29) at 9:38 AM, involving 1.68 billion VICI shares. The number of shares traded reached 25 percent of Victoria Care's paid-in capital of 6.71 billion shares. The foreign investor bought 16.77 million lots of VICI shares through broker Lotus Andalan Sekuritas (YJ) at a price of Rp 366 per unit or about Rp 613.8 billion in total.

As of August 31, 2021, VICI's majority shareholder is PT Sukses Sejati Sejahtera, with 84.95 percent ownership. Meanwhile, VICI President Commissioner Luhur Dino Herlambang reportedly had 0.02 percent of the company's shares, and the remaining 15.02 percent is publicly owned.
