Summarecon and Mayora Invest in China’s Superblock

The Emerald City Suzhou (ECS) superblock Phase III has officially entered the groundbreaking stage. ECS is a joint investment project between Indonesian property companies in Shanghai through the Huibao Group, which is a business partner of Summarecon and Mayora. The ECS superblock project is located in Suzhou City, China’s first-tier city with high economic growth and a modern industrial estate city in Jiangsu Province, and borders with Shanghai City.
The Indonesian Ambassador to China and Mongolia, Djauhari Oratmangun, said that the Emerald City Suzhou phases I and II construction had been completed in 2006 and 2016, effectively transformed ECS to be the first superblock in Suzhou City. "The total investment value for ECS development is around US$300 million," Djauhari wrote in an official statement.
