An instant messaging giant, Line Corporation, is officially competing in Indonesia’s digital banking market. Line is cooperating with PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Bank Hana) and has officially introduced a digital bank called Line Bank by Hana Bank through www.linebank.co.id.

Currently, Line Bank is still in the pre-registration stage for prospective customers. The Line Bank app is also not yet available on the App Store and Google Play. On its official website, it will offer several digital banking services, such as the saving and deposit account opening and debit card application, without having to visit any physical office.
