Special Staffs and Lobster Larvae Corruption Nodes

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) named Marine Affairs and Fisheries Minister Edhy Prabowo along with six other people as suspects in the lobster larvae export bribery case. The six people are the special staff of Edhy and his wife and businessmen who were suspected of bribing the officials to get the baby lobster export licenses. The following are the six people the KPK has named bribery suspects:

1. Edhy Prabowo (Marine Affairs and Fisheries Minister)
2. Safri Muis (Minister’s Special Staff)
3. Andreau Pribadi Misanta (Minister’s Special Staff)
4. Siswadhi Pranoto (Director of PT Aero Citra Kargo)
5. Ainul Faqih (Minister’s wife’s staff)

Bribers

1. Suharjito (Director of PT Dua Putra Perkasa Pratama)
2. Amiril Mukminin (middleman of Suharjito)

The KPK previously named Andreau Pribadi and Amirul Mukminin as fugitives. When they were named suspects on Wednesday (11/25), both of them were not present at the questioning. However, Andreau and Amirul gave themselves up on Thursday (11/26) at 12.00 WIB. "The two suspects have cooperatively surrendered and faced KPK investigators," KPK Acting Spokesperson Ali Fikri said. The KPK will detain the seven suspects.
