After acquiring PT Bank Harda Internasional Tbk (BBHI), tycoon Chairul Tanjung (CT) will soon own PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Bengkulu. Until now, it is unclear how many shares that CT will have through its subsidiary, Mega Corpora.

According to the plan, Bank Bengkulu will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on November 23, 2020. "Mega Corpora will enter with a private placement, meaning that we will issue several new shares," the head of the corporate secretary division of Bank Bengkulu, Fanny Irfansyah, revealed on Tuesday (11/17).
