Tokopedia has reportedly secured fresh funds from internet giant Google and Singapore government-owned investment company, Temasek Holdings. As reported by Bloomberg, Google and Temasek have injected US$350 million or around Rp 5.1 trillion worth of funding.

Last July, several global internet giants reportedly held talks with Tokopedia on their investment plans. Besides Google and Temasek, companies like Facebook, Microsoft, and Amazon also negotiated with Tokopedia.
